1. Delivery Areas & Scope

We ship all across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Note: Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may require additional time or a small surcharge, which will be communicated to you before dispatch.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Because we work with global suppliers to bring you the best curated products, our shipping timelines are divided into two parts:

Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Order verification, quality check, and packaging).

Estimated Delivery Time: * Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and UAE Public Holidays.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders across the UAE (Note: Agar aap charges rakhna chahte hain toh yahan AED amount likh dein).

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your courier. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE for your convenience.

Please ensure you provide a valid UAE mobile number and exact delivery address so our courier partner can reach you.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of local taxes where applicable.

In most cases, packages delivered via our standard shipping method do not incur additional customs duties. However, if any import duties, customs fees, or local clearing fees are levied by UAE Customs, they are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

Please double-check your shipping address, villa/apartment number, and active UAE phone number before finalizing your order.

Oasis Organic is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., customer unavailable after multiple attempts), reshipping charges may apply.
